The TS100 / TS101 / Pinecil is a great iron, but one problem i found is the power source, using power adaptors are cheap and easy, but for long or professional work is not pratical as cable is heavy and not easy to handle.
After using this i fell a great improvement on my work, much more pleasing to work with and less fatigue.
With that in mind i have created this product, a solder station that turn TS100 / TS101 / Pinecil into a fixed looking station, all made by myself in home. I use only quality products and components to deliver the best quality.
It can also be used as universal PSU to feed anything that work with 24VDC and DC5525 jack up to 4A normal use or 6A peaks.

ESD Option: Uses a 3 pin cable, which one connector is the Earth to connect to iron earth screw (As seen on last picture), by default we put a 1Mohm resistor in series with Earth for safety, if you want it without the resistor (Shorted to earth) leave a note or contact.

Note: Never connect internal DC and External DC inputs together in parallel! It can damage the PSU or your external power source.
