Sizes correspond to the width of the bottle top including the threads, not just the opening. Measure across the bottle hole and include the thickness of the bottle plus the threads.

Regular - open holes (bottle is not sealed)

SealSafe - self-sealing holes (a vacuum can occur in the bottle - add volume of air to the bottle before removing the same volume of liquid to prevent a vacuum)

20mm: About 17mm across.

24mm: About 21mm across. Fits standard medicine bottles, beer bottles.

28mm: About 23mm across. Fits plastic Pepsi/Coke bottles.

33mm: About 28mm across.
