This is a vintage souvenir plate from WASHINGTON D.C. of the CAPITOL BUILDING!
It is done in a beautiful blue!
The back has a black and goldtone foil sticker that reads:
"A Silberne Product Made in Japan"
It measures 5 3/4" in diameter.
CONDITION: This souvenir plate is in pre-owned and vintage condition. It has no breaks, chips, cracks or flea bites. There is some scratching.
