Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We have a 1 business day handling time to ensure your item reaches you in a timely manner. We take pride in our shipping speed(Please see our feedback). With this being said, once the item leaves our hands, we are no longer in control. If we could drop every package off at your door ourselves, believe me, we would. If for some reason the Post Office fails to deliver your package, please contact us and we will remedy the situation.
Returns
All returns, unless gross negligence on our part, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. I hate to do business this way, but a lot of people out there use Ebay as a place to try on clothes and shoes. That is extremely unfair to the seller and the restocking fee discourages this. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Know what size you wear before you buy! In the unlikely event we make a mistake, no restocking fee will be imposed.
