Please Note: If you found an item is defective or taking longer than usual to reach you, please do not leave a negative feedback. Send us a message through ebay and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We deliver our items as 2nd class postage and the items are sent out after 3pm Monday to Fridays (not including bank holidays). For orders placed between Friday before 2pm, we will send the item for delivery as stated on the same day. For orders placed between 3pm on a Friday till 3pm Monday the parcels will be sent out on that Monday.
We will always try our best to make the delivery to you wherever possible to minimise any inconvenience but there may be unexpected delays which may cause the courier service to have disruptions in there lead times. This means that when your order contains a mixer of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order. However, when you place an order containing a mixer of products, one single delivery may not be possible, as our products are delivered by weight.
All good must be paid in full before despatch of delivery.
In the event of any damaged goods or incorrectly delivered items we must be notified of this within 48 hours of delivery. All returns to be made by customer. If you would like a refund, then the items sent to you must be returned to us before we issue the return. Once the item is back with us, we will issue a refund in full if the items are in the original condition we sent them.
We will exchange any damaged goods once we receive confirmation of the item being damaged or faulty (proof will be required).
This can only be done if the item as not being dispatched. You must inform to us before 14.45 pm Monday to Friday as items are sent for delivery after 15.00 pm everyday.
