This is an Appleton  EFSC175-2023 20 Amp Explosion Proof receptacle with 3/4" feed thru back box.  It accepts 15 or 20 amp plugs with part number ECP1523, and ECP2023.  The receptacle and box are factory new, but not come in manufacturers box.
