  Please note: Item / items returned must be in the condition it / they was / were sent out and should not have been mis-used or damaged.

  • Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Pit Bull Guitars cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Return postage cost is not reimbursed once goods have been received, only a refund for the goods will be issued.

  Pit Bull Guitars reserves the right to refuse returns where the reason for return is beyond the control of Pit Bull Guitars (such as a customer changing their mind about the style of guitar they purchased) or where the product has been painted or stained.

  Pit Bull Guitars Australia may not accept returns of guitar kits which have been partly assembled, unless there is a manufacturing fault which only became apparent during assembly.
