If you change your mind, please return your purchase to us in its original condition within 3 days of the date of receiving. For items with free P&P, £3.7-£4.2 would be deducted from the refund for the postage. For other items, postage is not refundable. For ready-made dresses, we will issue a refund with a charge of 10% of the items' price you paid for material and admission fees. For custom-made dresses, 50% of the items' price is refundable. We are not responsible for any damages, lost, or returns caused by incorrect addresses.
