Non-Defective Product Return.
Customers may return most non-defective items (subject to manufacturer's return policy) to us within 30 days of invoice, either for credit or exchange. An automatic 15% restocking fee applies to all such returns. All shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Wholesale Photo reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee up to half the cost of the product is the conditions are not met.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Wholesale Photo is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
