Your order will be shipped via Indonesia Postal service within the specified handling time. It usually takes 10-21 days for delivery depends on the postal services from different countries. Shipping time may delay during the holiday weekend in Asia such as Chinese New Year; Independence Days; and etc.

If you are approved for a return, then you should send back the return item to our return address. 
Refund will be processed after return have been received by us.

CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
