Characteristics:   Buttons and zipper in front; some elastic at waist; 2 front pockets; belt included.

Measurements:

Laying flat:  Waist measures approximately 14 1/4 inches (or approximately 28 1/2 inches round).

Laying flat:  inseam measures approximately 30 inches long.

Condition:  Pre-owned but in excellent condition; no rips or stains that I can see.
