Payment Terms:

•We accept Paypal only

Shipping Terms:

•We only ship in USA. 

•For Internationally Buyers, we utilize the Ebay Global Shipping Program. (Please see Ebay for details).

•Your items are being shipped from Florida using standard shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS, unless otherwise stated.

•If you prefer Priority shipping, please contact seller prior to checkout so that a correct invoice can be sent. 

•We do not ship next day air.

•This will be shipped to the address on your ebay account. Please make sure your address on your ebay and Paypal 

accounts are correct and verified. We will not be responsible for additional shipping charges if you had your address 

wrong on your ebay account and we need to re-ship.  

•We will make every effort to ship the same day if payment is received before 3:00pm, or the next business day or on Saturdays when possible.  

Combined Shipping:

•We will combine shipping with other items only if items are purchased on same order and paid for at same time.  

•Please contact us PRIOR to paying for a revised invoice so we can save you some shipping.

 Miscellaneous:

•Please understand that you are purchasing military surplus merchandise. When it comes to condition, please know that 

unless "new in package", each piece will not be exactly the same condition and no two pieces of surplus gear are alike. 

•Please also understand each person’s perception of quality will differ. We try our best to give honest and accurate descriptions and ratings

 to our items.

•The Photos are take are a good representative of the quality of the items listed, it may not be of the exact item you will 

receive if we have multiples of the same item. BUT, each item will be of the same quality, color, etc. 

•Since we often have many of the same item to sell, we do not take photos of each individual item.

Cancellations:

•Per ebay’s buyer policy: A bid or commitment to buy on eBay is considered a contract and as such you are obligated to 

purchase the item. The seller has no obligation to cancel. 

•If you purchase an item and do not pay for it, we will file an unpaid case with ebay.

Returns:

•All of our items may be returned unless otherwise noted.

•Items must be returns within 30 days for a refund, less shipping charges. 

•Actual shipping is nonrefundable even if free shipping promotion is offered. 

•Buyer pays for return shipping

•Items being returns must be unused and contain all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

•Returning a product that is not in resalable condition will result in a refund not being issued and risks forfeiture of item.

•Refunds will be issued only after returned item is received and examined by us and will only be issued as a credit to 

your Paypal account.

•For exchanges: buyer pays shipping both ways
