Thank you for your interest in our products, for your convenience and security we accept all major credit cards via Paypal at the checkout.
If you would prefer to make a bank transfer please contact our customer care team through the eBay messaging system so they can help you out. (please note that items do not ship until funds are cleared)
1. All items are dispatched from distribution centres in QLD, NSW or VIC Australia, many items ship directly from our suppliers or from our 3rd party logistics providers
2. Many of our items ship Fast and Free but please check the shipping section of each listing for shipping costs and availability to your location.
3. Under normal situations, despatch is within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment for orders received before 5pm and delivery time typically between 3 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on your location. (Remote and rural areas please allow up to 15 working days for delivery). In most cases a tracking number will be posted on eBay please use this to track the status of your order.
4. We regret that our warehouses are not accessible to the public and we are unable to offer a pick up option.
5. Please pay attention to shipping exclusion areas and check the postage and payments section of the listing before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
6. Our shipping fees include postage and handling costs. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers are provided via eBay when your order has been dispatched.
7. We work with a number or courier partners to provide the best in service quality and costs, the carrier for your order will depend on the size and weight of your item and the delivery location.
8. Please note that some larger items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, where this is the case this will be noted on the listing details, please check under the link marked ëexemptionsí if PO Boxes show as excluded, please provide a street address for delivery..
9. Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product, we regret that combined postage or postage discounts are therefore not available.
10. Some items or orders may be despatched in more than one carton
11. Overseas shipping rates where applicable will be clearly indicated in the listing details.
12. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day of your full payment being made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for redelivery or redirection requests.
Returns:
We are not happy unless you are delighted with the service you receive. Please contact our customer service team immediately through the eBay messaging system if:
1. You have changed your mind and wish to request a return
2. Your product was damaged during transit
3. You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased
Changed Your mind? No problem, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase so If you wish to return an item in we’ll happily offer a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Please note however that the item needs to be in as-new condition, this means: ● Unopened Unfortunately we're unable to accept items that have been opened, it'll lose that awesome fresh feeling for the next customer who buys it. ● Unused This one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go. ● All tags and labels attached Avoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item. Overall, if it’s not in its ‘original condition, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund. If you would like to return an item please make certain to contact us first to obtain an RMA number and the correct shipping address. Please DO NOT post products to any address other than that provided by our returns team and DO NOT mark items “Return To Sender” as many of our items ship from warehouses that do not accept incoming mail and do not have the facility to receive or track deliveries. (Return freight costs are your responsibility for items you wish to return and please note that a restocking fee may apply) In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide images or a short video that clearly shows the damage or the problem with the product. Please note it is important to follow the instructions provided by our customer services team via your registered email address so that we can track your return. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from customer service as there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your return may not be accepted.
IMost of our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty unless otherwsie advised in the listing detail - in the event that you need to make a warranty claim please contact our customer care team for guidance, please note that proof of purchase will be required and ebay only retains records for 90 days
