ASSEMBLY    

Assembled illustration has been described in detail the number of bits of the plate assembly, the specific process is as follows: 

1)    Tools required for assembling wooden model: craft knife, some white latex wood glue [PVA]. (Some parts may be a little loose or tight, you may need to use glue, sandpaper or a craft knife)

2)    Pack contains: wooden panels with pieces, product label, a small piece of sandpaper. Please note that the instructions [numbered drawing] that are printed on the back of colour presentation picture.

3)    Easy to release pieces, make use of knife or scissors, etc., CAREFUL – DO NOT USE BRUTE FORCE as the plywood is just 3mm thick.  

4)    Push out each precut piece carefully -  the model can be assembled according to the picture; before assembly sand all rough edges with the enclosed sandpaper.  Study the pictures and parts to get a general idea of which parts go where.  Choose two parts that correspond with each other by number and assemble. Because the model is three-dimensional, if  some pieces appear not to match, you can try another angle, try left or right, rotation etc. to make it fit.

5)    Take care when using white latex wood glue, apply it sparingly with a matchstick or similar and wipe off excess with a damp cloth - let it stand for 12-24 hours until the latex dries.

For all deliveries that might be delayed or missing, we will require an affidavit/declaration from the buyer in writing, as will be requested by us, so we can make a claim against Royal Mail/other courier service and we will only reimburse the buyer when we receive a refund from Royal Mail/other courier service or their insurers - such refund will be limited to the amount we receive from Royal Mail or other courier company.
