Postcard has a black and white drawn image of a little girl in "Dutch" dress, including the hat, the apron and the wooden shoes.  She has her back turned towards us and she is peering over her shoulder.  In the background are sailboats.

CONDITION: Used with writing, stamp and postmark. Someone dated the card on the front at the top.   The card has darkened or yellowed with age.   The corner points are dull.
