The ID is created on PVC Plastic card which is similar size and thickness as a credit card as they are flexible and rigid. We do not require any proof or personal medical information from you. Return Policy
All Sales are final. A Plus ID in its sole discretion, will approve a request for a return authorization (RMA). Returns without an authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. A Plus ID cannot accept returns on Opened Software, Opened Ribbons, Open Accessories, Printers, ID Systems and Custom Orders. All other orders are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to A Plus ID on returned items. All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain All original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. A Plus ID offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
