This kit includes CI 650 series Bosch ev14 650cc fuel injectors which are compatible with all known fuels including e85. The injectors retains a consistent linear flow from 2bar to 5bar fuel pressure. Very tuner friendly with fuel trimming down to 1.1ms. Every set of Injectors that leaves our shop is goes through extensive testing on industry leading ASNU Classic test equipment. Injectors are flow tested statically, dynamically, and tested at different fuel pressures ranging from 2 bar to 7 bar. They are then sealed and packed in balanced sets within 1 percent with tuning paperwork. Injectors will come with flow sheet with full data specs including injector latency/dead time data to make tuning a breeze.
This kit also includes CI billet aluminum top-feed fuel rail conversion kit that converts that OEM side-feed configuration to the common top-feed setup. Fuel rail is anodized coated making it ideal to resist the corrosive nature of alcohol base fuels. Fuel rail bore size is large enough to support setups making over 1000WHP. The fuel rail will come with all necessary mounting hardware, 2pcs -6AN end fittings, 1pc -6AN return port fitting, and return port plug fitting.
We have also included a set of plug and play fuel injector connector adapters. Allows the Bosch ev14 injectors to plug right into the factory injector harness. No cutting or modifying the OEM fuel injector harness necessary.
