Return Policy: Merchandise is sold As Is. Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and seller. The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. After the seller verifies the returned item is as originally sent, a full refund will be issued within 3 days.
Damaged Item Procedure: Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. To begin the process, please contact us to alert us to the damage. We will make a claim through the original shipping agent. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent may request to examine them or may require photographs of them. In the event that you, the buyer, files the claim, the seller will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
- The amplifier was tested with the projector it came from and a microphone and it got output but had a hum. The power cord is included but was the internal cord so does not have outlet plug (see photo 12). Also included is an input signal source plug (with cut wires). Does not come with tubes other than PEC tube (under black cover). The faceplate looks purple in first photo (from reflection) but is really a b9 (lue/grey color. It is in fair condition but does have a ding to upper edge and some scratches. Please see photos of those areas. Sold as is.
