• Orders are posted next working day after receiving payment.
• You can upgrade to 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail at the checkout for an additional amount
• Next day Tracked 24 delivery is also available.
• Estimated dispatch time does not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Returns and Refunds

• We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please contact us first and give us the opportunity to rectify the issue. 
• Any refunds will be processed once we have received the goods back from you. 
• The return postage must be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
