Package contains patterns and instructions to make toddler size 1/2 - 4 costumes of a candy, scarecrow, witch or skeleton with hoods and hats.

Envelope shows a little shelf wear, but contents were removed from envelope for pictures only.  Tissue has never been unfolded.
