Buggleskelly Station from 'Oh, Mr. Porter!' (Will Hay Comedy) - Print by Kirstianne Wells

Harbottle's pants hang from a signal outside 'Buggleskelly', the dilapidated station from Will Hay's classic British comedy film 'Oh, Mr. Porter!'.

This piece was created by artist Kirstianne Wells for the Will Hay Appreciation Society's 'Will Hay Day 4', in 2017.  The fictional Southern Railway of Northern Ireland (S.R.N.I.)'s Buggleskelly was in fact filmed at Cliddesden, in Hampshire on the now defunct Basingstoke and Alton Light Railway.

The film crew had to keep up with the wreckers, as the track was slowly dismantled during filming!
