When there is a claim for non-delivery when the tracking number says “delivered”, we need to receive a report from your local police station staying that you have filed a missing package. To file a police report on for the missing package, you need the tracking #, the item you purchased, the price you purchased, and the shipping address.  Upon receiving your police report, we will verify with your local police station and refund your money 100% the price that you paid.
