Shipping:
* Get $2 Credit by Using Business Mailing Address
How
this works: Instead of shipping to a residential address, shipping to a
business address will save us at least $2 for shipping fee. So we will
refund you $2 via Paypal for each PC order (includes laptops, all-in-one
PCs, desktops, etc). All you need to do is place the order using a
business address, email us to mention this $2 credit, and we will refund
you $2 via Paypal.
For 48 continental states (physical address, NOT P O Box address): Ship in 1 day once payment is clear.
Ship by FedEx ground (with tracking # and insurance), which takes 1-4 days to 48 continental states.
So you should be able to get your computer in a week.
FedEx
cannot delivery to a P O Box address, so please provide a valid
physical address (business address is preferred) as your mailing
address.
If we have to ship to a P O Box address, it will be mailed out by USPS parcel mail, which takes 9-12 days.
We DO ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and AFO etc. Please email us to get a quote for extra shipping cost.
If you are willing to pay extra shipping to cover the upgrade shipping cost for overnight or express shipping,
please email us your mailing address and we will give you a quote for shipping time and shipping cost.
International buyers are fully responsible for knowing their import regulations and customs duty/tax in their respective countries.
So please do your research before making a purchase.
Delivery Confirmation Tracking # will be emailed to your email address associated with your PayPal account.
Insurance:
Insurance is included in shipping and handling cost.
Return:
Return is accepted for unopened, new item (within 30 Days after receiving the item).
If the unit is in manufacture original sealed box or in manufacture original condition, there is no restock fee.
If
manufacture sealed was broken or not in manufacture original condition, but no missing accessory,
no scratch/damage, it is subject 20% restock fee.
Higher restock fee will be charged for scratch/damage or missing accessory.
Please note that all serial numbers are recorded for each unit shipped.
If your unit is
dead on arrival (DOA)
at the time of delivery, please contact me within 48 hours. After that contact the manufacture
to claim the manufacture warranty.
