This is a brand new (never configured or used) Dell Latitude 5289 2-in-1 (goes 360!) running 7th Generation Intel Core i7-7600U (Dual Core, 2.80Gz, 4MB cache) with 16GB of memory and a M.2 256GB SSD hard drive.  The laptop has a 1920x1080 Touch Screen and comes with Windows 10 64bit Pro edition and has the Dell *COMPLETE CARE* (included accidental warranty) warranty until March 20th, 2020.  This means that if anything fails on this laptop up until that date, Dell will replace it including if it falls out of your hand and goes tumbling down the stairs and gets smashed up - Dell will fix it (accidental is covered / abuse is not!).  These laptops have all been booted to run Dell diagnostics but have not been booted into the OS to preserve the first boot experience and first use configuration!
