Up for sale today is a brand new Sram Eagle derailleur adjustment tool. This tool allows you to properly adjust the B-tension on a Sram Eagle derailleur. To use it, align the teeth marks on your upper jockey wheel with the teeth marks on the biggest cog on an Eagle cassette. Adjust your B-tension screw until everything lines up properly. Having this adjusted properly greatly improves the shifting performance on your derailleur. 

An important tool for setting up 12-speed Eagle derailleurs on full suspension bikes. (This tool is made for Eagle 12-speed drivetrains only)
