Established in 1995 Cotswold Motor Group is a privately owned group. Currently owned by two share holders, Peter Harris and Andrew Hulcoop (Managing Director).

The Group consists of Retail Centres across the Cotswolds, including BMW and MINI Centres in Cheltenham in Gloucestershire and Hereford in Herefordshire, BMW Motorrad in Cheltenham, plus an Approved Bodyshop and PDI Centre in Tewkesbury. In May 2017 Cheltenham and Gloucester Centres came together as one large flagship Cotswold BMW, MINI and Motorrad Retail Centre in a new location in Cheltenham. The new Retail Centre represents a very significant investment by the shareholders, underlining their strong beliefs in the BMW and MINI brands and their commitment to offering the best possible facility for our employees and more importantly, for our customers.

Our Sales and Aftersales teams are committed to delivering a five star service, working hard to ensure each customer’s needs are met to their satisfaction. Our manufacturers BMW and MINI survey our customers after a visit via email. Each Centre is ranked on their customer satisfaction percentage and then measured by survey results, the results of these surveys are shown on the home page of each Centre’s website in a 1 to 5 star ranking.

INVESTMENT IN PEOPLE.

The best investment a company can make is in its staff. At Cotswold we aim to employ the correct staff that share our vision - together we can be, and can deliver, the best.

We send all our orders fully tracked, and all UK deliveries are free of charge. Though most customers receive their orders within 2 to 3 workdays, delays can happen and we ask the customer to be patient while the delivery service tries to deliver the order.

We only accept payment through PayPal, because we value our customers safety and security. Once payment has been cleared, the order will be dispatched. This is in order to provide an efficient service and avoid any confusion.

If you have an issue with an item, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, if we cannot resolve your issue you have 30 days from when you received the item to return it to us for a full refund. We will also refund the return postage if the item is defective, damaged or is being returned due to an error on our behalf. You can also open a return request
