Returns policy

• Parts must be in their original condition and packaging, undamaged, unused and in saleable condition. You may contact us for assistance with returns.

• For electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), switches, valves, heat pumps, elements etc we strongly recommend that you seek the assistance of a qualified technician to install the item, as these are easily damaged by static electricity and other factors during the installation process. Please note that as part of our return policy, we cannot accept any item if it has been opened, installed or if the security label has been altered.

• The return cost is to be paid by you if you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind.
