Graded Fn+ (Fine+). A beautiful copy with great gloss and appeal. Looks much better than assigned grade, which was brought down due to yellowing of cover edges. Other defects include a bit of wear at top left corner of cover. Light dog ear crease at bottom right. Tiny tear at right edge of cover near top. Back cover is sharp.  Interior pages in nice shape. Staples firmly attached.
