Zenith

This is a vintage Zenith 'Owl Eyes' clock radio and operating guide.  The radio is in very good condition, and is only missing the control knob to the radio.  Initially when plugged into an electrical outlet the clock worked.  Without the knob I was not able to test the radio.  The second time it was plugged into a different outlet, sparks shot out of the outlet.  With that in mind, I am not certain if the clock radio works now or not,  however, it could be used for parts or repair.  The bakelite is shiny and clean.  All of the controls appear to be in very good condition.  The fiberboard cover on the back is loose and has some damage. The electrical cord is brittle.

The 'Operating Guide' is included.  Overall, a very good vintage Zenith clock radio.
