Region Locking

Please note most gaming consoles have some sort of region locking mechanism. If you are purchasing a game from outside Australia, you should check whether there is any region locking applied to your console, and/or the game you are interested in.

You just need to do a quick google search for something like "xbox 360 region locking".

As an example, PS2 games from Australia will not work in the USA. These games will only work on PAL consoles, so this means that they will also work on a console in Europe, but in order to use one in the USA, you either need to have a "modded" console, or a console that has been imported from a PAL region.

Product Quality

Most of our games are better quality than just acceptable, but they are all listed as acceptable so we do not have to create separate listings for each copy. Most have manuals and all are guaranteed to work. If you have a question about a particular game you are interested in, feel free to contact us.

Collectors
If you are a collector, please let us know by sending us an eBay message. Then where possible we will give you the most 'displayable' copy, and let you know if there are any issues.

Shipping

We take great care to ensure your item arrives undamaged, and we have successfully shipped several thousand items. Depending on the size, weight and shape, we usually ship your item in a bubble wrap lined envelope or cardboard box. There are some exceptions such as paperback books which are hard to break, so those we send in plain envelopes.

Ebay's delivery estimates are a little optimistic. Please follow the durations listed below, and send us a message if your item has not arrived after these times.

Domestic (Australia)

We have confidence in our free shipping method, however, we recommend the Standard Postage (Australia Post Regular Parcel + Tracking) option for only $6, because it includes tracking, and tends to be a little faster.

  • Free shipping 2-6 business days* will be sent via Australia Post as a regular letter on the next business day after your order (for orders placed before 5pm AEST). Australia Post lists 2-6 business days shipping time*.
  • Free pickup is available at different times on different days, so if you are interested, please message us to arrange a convenient time.
  • Paid Tracking (Recommended) 2-6 business days* will be sent via Australia Post as a parcel on the next business day after your order (for orders placed before 5pm AEST). Australia Post lists 2-6 business days shipping time*.
  • Paid express shipping 1-3 business days* will be sent via Australia Post on the next business day after your order (for orders placed before 5pm AEST). Australia Post lists 1-3 business days shipping time*, but they guarantee next business day delivery if you are located within the "Express Delivery Network"*.

Note that we sometimes send items via Couriers Please when it is more economical to do so, usually larger items.

International

If your Address is not normally written in English, please send us an ebay message with the address text In your own language that we can copy/paste onto a label to ensure it can be understood when it gets to your country.

  • International Economy : untracked (11 to 35 business days*) Normally send via DHL Packet which only provides tracking to show that the item has been sent. Once it leaves Australia, there will be no further updates. These items are delivered locally by your regular mail service.
  • International Economy : tracked-no signature (11 to 35 business days*) Normally send via DHL Packet Plus which provides full tracking where available in the destination Country. These items are delivered locally by your regular mail service.

  • New Zealand: Delivery is normally 1-2 weeks*
  • North America: Delivery is normally 2-3 weeks*
  • United Kingdom: Delivery is normally 2-3 weeks*
  • Western Europe: Delivery is normally 2-3 weeks*
  • Nordic Countries: Delivery is normally 2-3 weeks*
  • Eastern Europe: Delivery is normally 3-4 weeks*
  • Rest Of World: Delivery is normally 4-6 weeks*
