We offer free shipping and returns on all purchases! We also strive to be the lowest price on eBay for all of our part listings.

All orders will be shipped within one business day (24 hours) Monday-Saturday. Sunday and holiday purchases will be shipped out the next business day.

Parts

Some manufacturers replace part numbers with other part numbers. The parts may not always look identical, but work for all numbers listed. Please understand that in order to get your item to you as quickly as possible, we may use a manufacturer’s substituted part that may not look identical to the one pictured.

All of our parts are in good working condition. Parts are tested before being listed. Parts that are listed as “used” may have cosmetic wear, maybe dirty, or have surface rust. All photos are to be considered representations of the quality and product you will receive.

If you are unsure or would simply like to verify that you are purchasing the correct part, or if the part is needed at all, please feel free to contact us! We will happily research the part for you. Our parts are removed from working appliances, so a "non-working" part is most likely a misdiagnosed part. Help us help you!

Returns

FREE RETURNS within 30 days of purchase on all items.

Timers and other parts are commonly misdiagnosed. Due to this a 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns.

All of our mechanical parts and control boards are marked for fraud purposes. If you return an item and it does not match our mark, you will not be issued a refund.
