This is amazing and very relaxing. My first time listening to it,
took me to the 1700's where I could see myself wearing a long dress and hat. I
could see myself out on a street and when I looked in the window of a shop I
saw a strange girl looking at me with red hair (mine is brown) I realised it
was me. Once the meditation had finished I did wonder if I had fallen asleep
and dreamt it all but it seemed so real and I was aware of Linda voice the
whole time. I was left feeling very relaxed. One of the best meditation CD's I
have tried and I have a few. Not expensive either.

cd for my spiritual friends, so I haven't listened to it myself, but my friends
have told me that it is really good. It takes you into a really deep hypnosis
and to many past lives.

Fabulously relaxing. Manly listened to once but for someone who is
hard to relax this was amazing. Loved the background music too.

I have tried
it 3 times and each time has been totally different. The first time I was a boy
in Birmingham in 1942. I saw a street party and then my father come home from
war shell shocked. The next I was man working as a farmer in Cornwall in 1600.
I had piglets in the house. The 3rd time I was a French woman living a
gentrified life in 1786 in Paris. I was pregnant and my husband had left me. I
was so angry that the fact the revolution was going on didn't matter to me. I
have also had PLR done with a therapist and lived as a woman in Kent in 1840.
So my conclusion is it's a very quick turnaround from one life to the next. I
am going to keep doing it because at some point there will either be repetition
or overlapping lives. It's relaxing and the closest I have been to time travel.
