Delivery

Yes we do combine postal charges! To take advantage of our flat rate $9.99 (Standard) postage, please use the 'add to cart' feature. Please note that not all products are eligible for our flat rate offer - this includes bulk bags of chocolates, lollies and life size cut-outs. 

We also offer Express Post services. If you need your item urgently, please choose the Express Post option at checkout. We can not be held responsible for items that get delivered late.

Once your payment clears, your order will be posted in 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Orders are posted through a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. We will do our best to compare and sought out the quickest way to get your order to you! If you are not home for delivery, in most cases the courier company will leave your parcel at a safe location on your premises.  

Note: Purchases which are not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or request a refund. Once you receive your order, you may return it under the 'Change of Mind' return policy.

Please note that Who Wants 2 Party is not responsible for any parcels/mail going missing once it leaves our warehouse. We are more than happy to assist the relevant parties by providing information for an investigation, however no additional supplies or replacement order will be sent until the investigation is finalised.

Returns

We gladly offer refunds in the event that you are not happy with your item.

Change of Mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Any return requests that out of the 30 day period will be strictly denied. The item must be in its unopened original packaging, including any additional bonus products. We can not accept any items that have been used.

Postage costs are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for the return postage cost. In the event of mis-delivery by the couriers, buyer is responsible for any postage charges to re-send the order. If the buyer chooses to receive a refund instead, the original postage cost will not be refunded. 

Returns for items with Free Postage

Items purchased which have free postage will incur a $9.95 postage fee to have it re-sent in the event that the item is deemed as undelivered and returned back to us by the courier. If you would like a refund instead, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

At no additional cost, buyers can pickup their orders from Wigram Street, Parramatta, Sydney NSW.

Please choose Local Pickup as your postage option upon checkout. Your order must still be placed and fully paid for online before pickup can be arranged. You will receive a SMS and email when your order is ready to be collected with all the appropriate information. All pickup orders will need to be picked up within 14 days of it being available to you.

You will not be able to shop directly from our warehouse, we apologize in advance. It is important you wait for notification that your order is ready for collection before attempting to pickup.
