PERSONALISATION When ordering please ensure you leave us your name, text, or initials in the 'Message to seller' box at the checkout, alternatively send us an eBay message with the personalisation that you require. 3. DELIVERY We'll send your backpack via the listed Royal Mail's service. Please Note: If we haven't received your personalisation the delivery process can be delayed. Royal Mail aim to deliver your letters and parcels to their destinations the next working day or two – Please allow business days. STANDARD OVERSEAS AIRMAIL You'll receive your order between 7-14 business days, normally it only takes 7 working days but this depends on how rural the delivery address is.
