Packaging
This item may not be in its original packaging. Due to the original box having been damaged or in poor condition it may be packed and sent in a white Jiffy envelope or brown cardboard box. We will however try and send the original box on every occasion. Each product listing will state if the original packaging is included or not.
Some items include manuals, if available, others may not. We try to include these with every item but if however you don't have a manual included and you are in need of one please contact us and we should be able to arrange a link for you to download the manual.
Shipping
We aim to have our items dispatched within 2 working days (Monday - Friday *excluding public holidays) using a DPD Next Day tracked service to UK mainland only.
Shipping Information:
- Items under 5kg are shipped via DPD Next Day with tracking.
- Orders over 5kg will be shipped via DPD Two Day with tracking.
- Shipping prices are priced at cost and are non-negotiable apart from bulk orders.
Shipping Times:
- Please allow 48 hours for order processing and dispatch.
- DPD Next Day will usually arrive within 1 day but sometimes delays occur, please make sure your phone number and email addresses are up to date to receive text and email updates direct from USPS.
