All items are in stock at our warehouse ready for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day by your selected postage method. Orders received after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.

We offer free delivery as standard on all UK orders. For Economy Delivery we use Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 48 services, typically delivered within 3-5 working days. For larger items we typically use courier services with next working day delivery.

We accept the following payment methods:

Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30 day period.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake, in which case we will pay for the shipping cost.

We can only issue a full refund to orders which have been returned unopened, with the box still sealed and item in the exact same condition as received. If a product is returned in a used condition then we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover our depreciated re-sale price, up to 50% at our discretion.

Europe:

Shipped with Royal Mail or Express Courier, 3-10 working days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). Sometimes it may take longer to deliver, due to weather or some other circumstances. Some areas in Greece, Spain, Italy and Cyprus may take between 10-25 working days to deliver your item.

Rest of the World:

5-25 working days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays), if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time as explained above then please contact us, but please donít forget to check first with your local postal service, they may have tried to deliver it in your absence and took it back as they need signature on delivery.
