Resale for all of your Oracle Sun Microsystems needs-from a few spare parts to
complex custom system configurations. Even though we are a large company, we
still have a small company attitude when it comes to customer service. We work
hard to earn-and keep-your business.
2. Return Policy - Buyer must contact Sun Hardware
Resale first before returning item(s). Items must be returned in original
condition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not described
in the listing, DOA or other error made by Sun Hardware Resale, then Sun
Hardware Resale will pay for return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fees: Items returned that are determined
to be in working order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $10,
(whichever is greater) and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept
any item that is damaged in return shipping. The shipment will be refused back
to the Buyer and Buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
4. Terms & Policies- We currently accepts all major
credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. You then may
choose to pay through PayPal or by credit card over the phone. For other
payment options, please contact us.
5. Sales Tax- Washington State Sales tax of 9.8%
applies to all sales within the state.
6. Shipping- We offer Worldwide Shipping!
Domestic premium services are also offered such as Next Day and, 2nd Day
deliveries. Items will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some larger items may ship
via freight services. If you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like to use
it instead, please contact us. For all orders paid by Electronic Checks, orders
will ship out after the payment has cleared through our bank. Shipping rates
and services are based on per item.
7. Warranty- all of our used and refurbished
hardware will come with a standard 90 day warranty. All hardware is fully
tested with Validation Test Suite.
