We are not happy unless you are delighted with the
service you receive. Please contact our customer service team immediately
through the eBay messaging system if: You have received an Item that was
damaged in transit.
You have received an Item that is Dead on Arrival (ie
not working)
You have changed your mind and wish to request a return
Changed Your mind? No problem, we accept returns within
30 days of purchase so If you wish to
return an item in we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note however that the item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:
● Unopened
Unfortunately we're unable to
accept items that have been opened, it'll lose that awesome fresh feeling for
the next customer who buys it.
● Unused
This one is pretty obvious, make
sure you love your new item before you give it a go.
● All tags and labels attached
Avoid taking the tags off until
you're sure you'd like to keep the item.
● Box
& Packaging original and intact
Overall, if it's not in its
'original condition' unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund.
If you would like to return an item please make certain
to contact us first to obtain an RMA number and the correct shipping address.
Please DO NOT post products to any address other than that provided by our
returns team and DO NOT mark items “Return To Sender” as many of our items ship
from 3PL warehouses that do not accept incoming mail and do not have the
facility to receive or track deliveries. (Return freight costs are your
responsibility for items you wish to return and please note that a restocking
fee may apply)
In the unlikely event that your item arrives
damaged, please ensure that you contact us within 10 days of delivery and
provide images or a short video that clearly shows the damage or the problem
with the product. Please note it is important to follow the instructions
provided by our customer services team via your registered email address so that
we can track your return. Please do not return or post items before obtaining
instructions from customer service as there is a risk that your returned item
may not be identifiable and your return may not be accepted Most of our
products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise
advised in the listing detail - in the event that you need to make a warranty
claim please contact our customer care team for guidance, please note that
outside of our 30 day return period most warranty claims will need to be made
directly with the manufacturer and proof of purchase will be required.
