ABOUT THE MOTO G 1ST GEN: For a phone with such a low unlocked price, I admit I expected the Moto G to feel cheaper than it does. My prejudices were quickly assuaged the moment I picked up the device. The Moto G feels almost as good in the hand as its more expensive sibling, the Moto X. That's because the newer handset has many of the handsome design elements I love in Motorola's flagship model, These include a compact chassis that's easy to manipulate one-handed, along with a curved back intelligently designed to fit comfortably in your palm. Measuring 5.1 inches tall by 2.6 inches wide by 0.46 of an inch at its thickest point, the Moto G shares an almost identical footprint to the Moto X (which only differs in thickness, at 0.41 inch). Believe me, it's a good thing, since both gadgets are svelte enough to slip into tight pockets and tote around with ease, Around back is the G's main 5-megapixel camera and LED flash. The phone even has a little circular dimple (matching the Moto X) placed just below the camera lens -- right where your index naturally falls. Here, too, is the Moto G's speaker, which I can confirm gets pretty darn loud without distorting.

We accept all eBay-approved payment methods. 
 
We offer free shipping to the entire U.S.A. 
All items are shipped the same day from cleared payment and most deliveries will take place within 4 days of the order being placed.
A tracking number will be provided on eBay. 
Shipped via USPS or FedEx (depending on location and package weight)
Faster shipping is usually available for an extra charge to get it in 2-3 business days or to get it by the next business day.
Our cut-off times for same-day shipping are 2 pm EST from Monday to Thursday and 12 pm (noon) on Fridays. 
Shipping does not happen on legal and religious holidays, but that will be noted.

Returns

All returns must include the following or they will be rejected and returned to you at your cost:
1. Product purchased from Energy Electronics LLC
2. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation) no security pin or lock code.
3. All accessories, manuals, etc.
3. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and retail package (Proof of Purchase)
4. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. The shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on returns. In the event an item is sold without a shipping charge, Energy Electronics LLC will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, materials, and original packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customers are required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent the product from being physically damaged during return transportation. The Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Refunds will be issued within 2 - 3 business days after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Energy Electronics LLC will refund back to your original method of payment.
