BOX IS MISSING A SMALL PORTION ON THE TOP (PICTURED) AND A SMALL HOLE THROUGH THE FRONT BUT STILL VERY ACCEPTABLE FOR DISPLAY.

-All items are professionally packed right here in our shop. We strive to reuse packaging materials whenever possible. In addition to reducing landfill waste and helping the environment, this practice helps reduce our overhead costs so we can continue to offer free shipping.

-Delivery dates and times depend on factors such as: Holidays, weather, distance (US shipping zones & international), weight, package size, and package contents.

-Our primary shipping service is the USPS. We are members of Ebays' Global Shipping Program which allows us to offer items to international buyers (Please see Ebays' list of accepted countries)

*RETURN POLICY*

**Auctions or Buy It Now listings stating “for parts” “project” “repair” “as-is” or of that nature, are not covered by our return policy.

*BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING WITH TRACKING CONFIRMATION. Tracking confirmation lets all parties involved (Buyer, Seller, PayPal, Ebay) know that the item has truly been returned.

-A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for returned items unless they were damaged in transit.

MISSING/ DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: If your item arrives damaged, we do require that you provide us with clear, detailed pictures of the item(s) for our records as well as for filing USPS damaged item claims.

-Once packages are in the hands of the carrier, they are fully responsible for it from that point until it is delivered to you. Please contact us if there is any damage to your order so we may resolve any issues.

-If your item(s) do not arrive by the last shipping day as quoted by Ebay, please contact us so we may file a Missing Mail claim.
