One switch KW4-3Z-3, used in many Shark Rotator and Navigator vacuum cleaner models. Detects whether handle is in up (turns off roller), or down (turns on roller).  Most models only use 2 pins, and the center is not used.  The last picture shows a used bad switch from a model using only 2 pins.  If desired you can cut off center then or just leave unconnected, your choice.
