RETURNS

If a listed item states "AS-IS" or "For Parts ONLY", then there are NO REFUNDS / RETURNS on these items at all.
If a listed item states "USED" please check the listing to see if it has a return policy. Some used items such as electronics, electrical components, motors, and others have "No Returns" due to the sensitive nature of the items, which can easily be connected in the wrong manner by a user making that item inoperable.
If the item is "New" and states Returns Accepted, then for the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a money back refund, less any Restocking Fees (will not exceed 25%), excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Any and all returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" issued and must have a valid reason for a return, such as damaged or not working when delivered "DOA" or defective. Buyers Remorse is not a valid reason for a return.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any items in Blister Packs or Manufacturer Sealed Packaging are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
