Alcotec 48 Pure Yeast
Active yeast Alcotec Pure 48 h is a specially
selected and highly alcoholising yeast up to 14% within 48 hours. Intended for
fermentation of sugar settings.
Packaging for 25 litres of sugar setting.
Instruction: Dissolve the selected amount of sugar in warm water, pour into a
fermenter and top up to 25 litres with warm water. Pour the entire contents of
the yeast pouch to the setting at 20-30*C and mix well. The optimal
fermentation temperature is 22-27*C. Fermentation is turbulent. Do not use
fermentation tubes or corks, do not use covers in fermentation containers.

It is very strong and at the same time neutral,
which does not affect the final taste of the alcohol, the clarification
agent and the sugar settings.
The clarification
of the mash is a very important element in the whole process. Even if the mash appears to be clean, it
should be clarified well. It is wrong to believe that the particles
floating in the mash will not affect the final product, as they will remain in
the distillation tank.
The most
undesirable contamination in the whole process is the unnoticeable particles of dead yeast. If they are not removed from the
mash, they will be picked up by the floating steam during the distillation and
give an unpleasant yeast aftertaste in the product obtained.
When using the Turbo Klar 24 h, it will take a very
short time (from 12 to 24 h) until the setting is completely cleared. Turbo Klar is recommended for use after
fermentation with all yeast type TURBO.

Instruction:
When the
fermentation stops, the settings must be removed (pulled back) from the sludge
at the bottom of the fermenter.
Then squeeze the
sachet marked with the letter "A". Stir intensively for 5 minutes to
get rid of the gas. Leave it for about 1-2 hours and then we squeeze the
content of the "B" sachet. Mix very gently and try not to disturb the
sediment that is already formed. The preparation is ready to be cleared.
The best result,
i.e. the speed and quality of clarification, is obtained when the set is in a
cool place. The clarification time can be shortened even up to 12 hours.
After
clarification, the mash becomes transparent and ready for further use
(distillation). The turbo klar packaging contains two sachets with a liquid
content that will suffice to clarify a 25L mash. With a larger capacity,
increase the amount of clarifying agent packaging: for example, for a 100 L
mash, use 4 packs.
