STUBAI AVALANCHE SNOW SHOVEL

Fantastic snow shovel, well used but has never let me down.

These shovels are some of the very best money can buy from the famous STUBAI factory in Austria.

Lightweight aluminium construction, riveted plastic handle, lathe turned knurled locking device, this is a great shovel with loads of life left in it.

I really like it as it can be locked out fully extended for digging or it can be locked out in the 90 degree position for scraping or hollowing.

This shovel has been to northern Norway in the Arctic circle and as far down as southern Chile when I was climbing in Patagonia and served me well.

It has a few dinks in it but in no way does it affect its performance.
