We have absolutely no control over how careful the postal service treats the items we send. We package every item to a high standard and they always leave our warehouse in 100% condition

Any orders placed after 13:00 will leave the following day due to courier collection times.

We use Royal Mail and DPD as couriers.

Payment can be made by PayPal, unfortunately we do not accept cheques/postal orders. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. A receipt for proof of posting, for all items we dispatch is kept on file.

Where item/s may not be suitable, buyer has changed their mind, or purchased the item in error - all refunds issued will be minus the postage costs, these costs cannot be reimbursed as they have already been paid to the respective courier company. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
