2002 MARVEL HEROES ULTIMATE SPIDERMAN KEYCHAIN!

This is a super rare 2002 ULTIMAE SPIDERMAN Lazer Cut Keychain.  It is still brand new and never been removed from package.  The package shows minimal shelf wear and is in really great shape. it does have some sticker residue on front of card.  Please use pictures to make final decision on its condition.
