This is an original copper plate engraving by, French draftsman and printmaker of
topographic views and landscapes, Gabriel Perelle 1604-1677. The engraving,
circa 1650 is titled “Roman Campagne”, measuring 13.25”x 9.25”, most likely
trimmed, but can’t find many comparable images. The word Campagne, refers
to any landscape around Rome, with this being in Lazio, Rome. Not examined
out of the frame that measures 15.75”x 11.75”, but appears to be in good condition.
