Listing is for a single 800mW 520nm laser module using the NDG700 green laser diode. Unit is mounted in one of my 12mmX30mm high quality copper modules for the best possible thermal efficiency. It is prewired with a 1.8A Super X-Drvie bucking laser driver and comes with a DTR-2EG glass lens. The unit is ready to be dropped into your final project. No setting current or soldering diode to driver. Just place in heatsink and connect leads to a 6V-9V 2A capable power source. Example if battery powered two Li-Ion's in series. If not battery powered something like a 6V 2A wall  adapter or bench power supply.

Here is what you get. The X-Drive is encased in the back of the model connected to the diode.

Modules are wired with extremely flexible 26AWG wire that is burn proof and makes for very easy soldering.

Wire assignment is:

Here is my testing on this diode

Nichia NDG 700mW 520nm Laser Diode

They look just like the 1W version.

With the same off center pins.

This is the diode being sold by sellers here on ebay as NDG7475/NDG7475T/NDG7575. The diode can hit 1W but it is not the NDG7475.

Here it is. The little brother to the 1W 520nm Diode. Pretty much the same as the 1W version other than slightly less powerful and a lower pricetag. Anyway here is the testing done with a DTR-G-2.

There you have it. Whole lot of of Green goodness. Oh and for some dark shots.
