 *Please note that all condensing units and drop-in units require 5~8 working days to be assembled and tested before they can be safely sent out for delivery.

Warranty

One year warranty

All items are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, and these terms are listed for each individual item on the website. Warranties for smaller items may not be listed onsite, and instead has a back-to-base warranty.

Please note: Installation and servicing of this appliance must be carried out by a qualified electrician applying the relevant rules of the art, installation standards and safety regulations. Refer to the servicing instructions.

Warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, or misused. Any damages to items must be notified by phone or writing within 24 hours.

Warranty does not apply after expiration, and the customer is liable to pay any further charges incurred.

Warranty does not apply if customers tamper, alter or have another 3rd party repair any faults that may occur during the period of warranty without prior written approval from the manufacturer. If this is the case, the customer will be fully responsible for the item.

Haiton International Pty Ltd accepts no liability to the Purchaser or to any third party for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation loss of profit and consequential loss caused by any act, negligent or otherwise, or omission by Haiton International Pty Ltd its servants or agents or any other persons in any way related to or arising out of the supply or non-supply or performance or non-performance of anything or any service provided for or contemplated by or in pursuance of this Agreement.
