POSTAGE

All items are posted within 2 working days after cleared payment has been received, all items are sent via royal mail 2nd class recorded (2-3 working days) or economy courier service (3-5 working days) and proof of postage is always kept (1st class and 24 hour services are available but will incur an extra charge please ask for this service), all postage prices are UK mainland if you are not in UK mainland please ask for a postage price, should your item be lost or broken in transit then please let us know and we can start a claim but please be aware that this will take 2-3 weeks to resolve due to the claims procedure and refunds or replacements cannot be sent until the claim is resolved.

REFUNDS

All items are sold as seen in photos and as described in the listing, all parts are fully tested before being removed and will fit the age, make and model of vehicle that is stated in the listing if you are unsure if it will fit your car please ask before bidding as there are NO refunds for parts that have been incorrectly ordered. Refunds are only given to parts that arrive damaged or faulty, parts must be returned at buyers cost in order to receive a refund. Postage is not refunded in any circumstance. All parts are security marked to protect against fraud.
